Three Colorado greenhouses make the Top 100 Email

GreenhouseThree Colorado companies were named in Greenhouse Grower’s Top 100 Growers for 2019. The list comes from the 2019 growers survey, in which greenhouse businesses share information about their production and identify trends in the industry.

Tagawa Greenhouse Enterprises, Centennial, is listed at #27 with 2.2M environmentally controlled square feet. Welby Gardens/Hardy Boy Plants, Denver, rose one place to #65. Botany Lane Greenhouse, Denver, came in at #80 with 835,000 square feet.

Respondents to the survey spoke of their plans to remain profitable while implementing technology to improve their operations. 85% of those surveyed told Greenhouse Grower that they expect to raise prices this year as a result.
