The ProGreen Experience will feature more than one keynote presentation during the 2021 conference, to be held February 22-25 online. The keynote sessions will be featured at the beginning of each full day of sessions. will be available for the basic attendance rate ($25/member, $40/nonmembers) allowing all ProGreen registrants to participate.

Confirmed keynotes include:

  • The State of the Green Industry in Colorado (February 23, 8:30 AM) – What has the last 12 months of uncertainty meant for Colorado's green industry? What lessons have been learned and how can we apply them to future planning? A panel of representatives from different areas of the industry will discuss these topics and more.
  • Cultivating and Keeping Key People (February 24, 8:30 AM) – Building and maintaining a stable, reliable team is one of the most important responsibilities of leadership — and the foundation of a winning business. Learn how to prevent the loss of key people by being intentional about developing these relationships and setting individual career goals. Finally, get tips and strategies for recovering after you do lose someone valuable, re-building your culture and sustaining a team that attracts others. Presented by Jason New & Chris Psencik, McFarlin Stanford

Monday and Friday programming will be half-days: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday, February 22, and 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Thursday, February 25. No keynotes are planned for those dates at this time.
