This week, Colorado Green NOW continues its coverage of Colorado companies that brought home awards from the LANDSCAPES Conference, and Hardscape North America (HNA) trade show in Louisville, Kentucky in October.

The HNA Awards Reception recognized outstanding hardscape projects by contractors in residential and commercial applications. Lindgren Landscape & Irrigation, Inc. (Fort Collins) won an award for their work on an “Italian Villa” project. This impressive outdoor living space includes a fireplace, pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, bocce court, and state-of-the-art outdoor lighting.

Over at the LANDSCAPES conference Designs by Sundown (Englewood) received three grand awards from the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP):

• Continental View Drive,  Residential Design/Build
• Modern in Denver, Residential Design/Build
• Polo Club Residential, Landscape Management

Designs by Sundown also received a Merit Award (Residential Design/Build) for their Westglow project.

L.I.D. Landscapes (Boulder) received two NALP Merit Awards of Excellence. Both winning projects, the Littlepage Residence and Boulder Country Club Residence, were recognized in the residential design/build category.
