This is part of a series of 12 virtual workshops offered monthly, designed to help you improve and grow your business. This virtual workshop is open to ALCC members only.

It’s the slow season! (Almost. It’s coming.) This year, get prepared for a spectacular next season with this 4 part series on Planning for the Future.  We’ll start by evaluating your  current finances so you know exactly how well your business is doing. During this session, we’ll review your current cash flow and profits, learn about different methods of tracking your finances, and identify areas that need improvement before next season.

To get the most out of this workshop, come prepared with any financial summary information you have, such as revenue totals, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, or other ways that you keep track of incoming revenue and outgoing expenses. 

The webinar will be presented live. If you are unable to attend the live webinar, the session will be recorded and sent to registrants after the live session.
