It’s the slow season! It’s been a busy year, and now you have some time to think about next season. For part 2 of this 4 part series on Planning for the Future, we’ll talk about how to make a budget and plan for next year’s expenses. In any business, knowing how much money you need to run your business is vital to long term success and growth. With this season slowing down, take some time to review your pricing and revenue projections and plan for any changes necessary for next year. 

During this workshop, we’ll discuss the relationship between your pricing structure and your cash flow, identify places where you need to raise prices or cut overhead, and talk about how to communicate any changes to your existing clients.

The webinar will be presented live. If you are unable to attend the live webinar, the session will be recorded and sent to registrants after the live session.
