This is part of a series of 12 virtual workshops offered monthly, designed to help you improve and grow your business. This virtual workshop is open to ALCC members only.

Hiring and retaining staff is vital for any service based business, but this is especially true when your business is seasonal. In part 3 of our Planning for the Future Series, we’ll help you plan for next season’s hiring and create a training and onboarding schedule. Specific topics will include identifying any new roles you’ll need to add, adding hiring and training costs to your budget, and how to hire the right staff for your business. We’ll also provide resources for complying with changing state and federal laws, human resources support, and creating apprenticeship or intern programs.

This workshop is designed for anyone involved in the hiring or training process, whether you’re a business owner, manager, or human resources.

The webinar will be presented live. If you are unable to attend the live webinar, the session will be recorded and sent to registrants after the live session.
