Colorado Green NowAfter an unusual session that included long recesses due to the ongoing pandemic, Colorado's 2021 legislative session concluded in June. GreenCO lobbyists Hicks & Associates have issued their summary of the session and legislation related to the green industry.

Pandemic restrictions posed many challenges, and access to lawmakers was limited. The session was a busy one, however, with 623 bills introduced and 504 bills signed into law.

Areas of much activity in the 2021 session included business practices, workers compensation, climate change, transportation.
