Golf tournament is fun for a good cause |

The 2016 ALCC Golf Tournament took place Monday, August 22, raising funds for the association’s scholarship program. More than 100 players participated in the tournament, which was held at Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course in Castle Rock. Participants came from along the Front Range—and even from as far as Vail for a day of fun with a little networking. After 18 holes, the group enjoyed lunch on the patio of the club room as contest winners were announced and door prizes were awarded. “The tournament is a great opportunity to reconnect with colleagues during the busy summer season,” said ALCC Executive Director Kristen Fefes. “But more importantly, the funds raised at this tournament will support students who will become the next generation of the landscape industry.” Sponsors of the event included: Breakfast sponsor: Horizon Hole sponsors:
