Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) will host two meetings in October to discuss their proposed changes to the water shortage ordinance. The changes address water waste and target outdoor water use, especially water use connected to landscape irrigation.
The Department of Labor (DOL) recently released three new opinion letters to help employers and employees better understand how to comply with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the Consumer Credit Protection Act (CCPA).
